Frequently asked questions

How do I restore IAmOK Plus?

Open Settings inside IAmOK, go to Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel the subscription?

On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select IAmOK, and tap Cancel Subscription. Access remains available until the paid period ends.

Why isn’t WhatsApp available?

WhatsApp must be installed and available on the device. IAmOK can’t send through WhatsApp if iOS doesn’t recognize its app.

Why isn’t my location added?

Check that GPS is enabled for the message and IAmOK has location permission while in use. Review this under iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Location Services.

Does IAmOK send the message automatically?

No. IAmOK prepares the text and recipient, and the messaging app lets you review them before the final send.

Where are my favorites stored?

They are stored on your device and may sync through the private iCloud database associated with your Apple account.
